Peter Galligan - Pete has over 25 years of experience as a broker dealer FINOP.  Pete has overseen many different types broker dealer finance functions.  From self clearing firms, to alternative investments to fully disclosed firms.  His experience includes SEC Rule 15c3-1, SIPC Assessments, Open Contractual Commitments, financial statement preparation, financial and regulatory audits preparation and Interaction, Subordination Agreements, haircut calculations, inventory and capital structures.  Pete also has a wealth of experience in the technology industry as a COO and CFO.  Business planning and operational excellence  is his driving force.
